Tbh, tweaking my road food routine opened my eyes to climate action

Honestly, I just learned that simple diet shifts can actually help with climate change. Tbh, as a truck driver, I used to grab a lot of packaged snacks and meat-heavy fast food on my routes. Ngl, it made me feel tired and bloated. So, I started prepping meals like chickpea salads and black bean tacos at home. It not only boosted my energy but also cut down on waste and plastic from takeout. I read that producing less meat means fewer greenhouse gases, which is a big deal. Now, I see my lunch choices as a tiny part of fighting climate change. It's pretty cool how a personal health change can connect to something bigger.

Walmart could replace all their plastic bags tomorrow and it would do more than my sad little reusable bag collection ever will. Zarakim is right that their change has to be real, not just ads about caring. I'm over here trying to remember my coffee cup while they're dumping waste in a river. Feels like we're all just waiting for some CEO to finally get a conscience.
