Dropped the chemtrail theory after one failed test in Denver

I spent 6 months convinced the streaks were aerosols and bought a $80 testing kit to prove it, but the samples came back as normal water vapor and ice. Anyone else flip on a theory after they actually checked the science themselves?

Ha! I had the opposite problem. I spent a summer convinced my neighbor's weird-looking sprinkler was a secret government operation. Bought a fancy magnifying lens and everything. Turns out it was just a broken sprinkler with a rusty head. Science wins again, I guess.
