Old guy two doors down swore summer pruning was fine for my silver maple. Did it in July last year and the tree bled sap for two weeks straight. Anyone else get bad advice from a so-called expert that cost them a ton of cleanup?

Update: That whole chemtrail thing I ignored for years finally got me looking up

I was out in my backyard last Tuesday watering the tomato plants when I noticed these long white trails crisscrossing the sky. Nothing new, right? But this time they hung around for like three hours, spreading out into this weird haze that blocked the sun. I grabbed my phone and zoomed in, and it looked like there was something falling from them, almost like a fine dust. After about 20 minutes of watching, my nose started itching and my throat got scratchy. Now I'm not saying it's proof of anything, but it made me finally read through some threads on here about geoengineering projects. Has anyone else noticed a pattern with these trails after specific weather changes?

I watched the JFK files go from classified to public over 25 years

Back in 1992 I was a journalism student digging through microfiche at the University of Texas library trying to find anything about the assassination. Back then you could only see heavily redacted versions of the Warren Commission documents. Fast forward to 2017 when the National Archives dumped 2,800 more records online. I spent three straight nights comparing what was hidden in 1992 versus what finally showed up. The difference was wild - whole witness statements that were blacked out before just sitting there in plain text. Anyone else here old enough to remember hunting for info pre-internet and seeing what changed?

I finally called BS on that 'caves are all mapped' claim

My geology professor in Tucson swore the Sonoran caves were fully surveyed by 2010, but I just stumbled onto a 2019 thermal scan showing three unmapped chambers near Kartchner Caverns. The survey team missed them because they only looked during dry season when the entrances were hidden by runoff. How do we even know what's really out there if the people in charge only check when it's convenient?
