The 9 day gap is wild, did that client try to argue the feedback timeline was "unreasonable" before you showed them the clause? Ive had people pull that move where they stall on approvals then blame me for the schedule, so im curious if the signed line was enough or if you had to also pull their email timestamps to back it up.
