Totally see that everywhere now. Feels like we're all tired of things that break or need updates every five minutes. My dad's old truck just runs, no computer to crash. Maybe simple and solid just works better for the long haul.

Yeah I used to be all about the newest tech and smart everything. But my coffee maker started asking for wifi updates and I just lost it lol. Now I get why my grandpa kept his old tools forever, they just work when you need them. There's something really nice about not having to fix or update stuff all the time. Makes me want to buy things that are built to last, even if they're boring.
