I just learned my most popular video got 80% of its views from a single country
I was looking at my YouTube analytics for my cooking channel and saw my viral pasta recipe has over 2 million views. I dug into the traffic sources and found out almost all of it came from Brazil. I never would have guessed that, I don't even speak Portuguese. Has anyone else had a video blow up in a place you didn't expect?

Yeah, that's the stat for our power grid. Most of our electricity comes from one single region, which is a huge problem if something goes wrong there. It makes the whole system really weak and easy to break. We saw that a few years back when a freeze took out plants and caused blackouts. We need way more backup sources spread out in different places.

It's like that with everything now, right? All your eggs in one basket. You see it with roads, where one crash backs up the whole city. Or the internet going out because one company runs all the lines in your area. Makes you wonder why we keep building things that break so easy.
