My portfolio site crashed right in the middle of a live art stream, of course
I mean, idk why but the server chose that exact time to give up. Maybe it's just me but now I have to explain to everyone why my masterpiece turned into a 404 error.
That "worst possible time to bail" is almost a rite of passage for live streams. It's as if servers have a sixth sense for dramatic timing, crashing right when the host is about to reveal something big. I've seen it happen during award announcements and game finals, where the chat explodes with confusion. Honestly, it adds an unplanned layer of suspense, though not the kind anyone wants.
Gotta say, a server crash during a live stream feels like peak internet irony. But is it really worth stressing over? Most viewers will just refresh and move on.
