Spotted a hidden mural in a parking garage in Austin and it made my day

I was walking to my car after grabbing lunch downtown and saw this massive mural tucked away behind a stairwell. It had this glowing neon geometric pattern that covered the whole wall, probably 40 feet across. I couldn't find any info on who painted it or when it went up. Has anyone else stumbled across random public art in random spots like that?

Used to think graffiti was just vandalism but this stuff really adds character to a city.
