That week I uploaded daily for 7 days straight taught me something about algorithms
Last month I had a slow week at work so I decided to post one digital painting every day for a week. Day 1 got 12 likes. Day 2 got 8. By day 5 I was ready to quit. But day 6 suddenly hit 400 views out of nowhere and someone commented asking for a timelapse. Still not sure if it was the hashtags or just dumb luck. Anyone else had a random spike like that with no obvious reason?

The 400 views thing happened to me too but it was actually at 3am on a Wednesday lol. Pretty sure the algorithm just randomly decides to show your stuff to more people sometimes no matter what you do.

Algorithms are moody like that. You never know when the tide's gonna turn in your favor. Just keep posting and let the chips fall where they may.
