Nah, the best part was the flexibility, @derekjenkins. Saving money was just a nice bonus.

Ever think about how much time you waste just getting ready for work? Derekjenkins is right about the office cost, but the real win is cutting out the commute, the ironed shirts, all that pointless prep. I wrote a whole project outline from a cafe in Lisbon while my friends were stuck in traffic back home. That time adds up fast.
