I keep seeing people skip the title block on shop drawings

I was reviewing a set of steel connection details from a new fabricator, and the title block was completely blank except for the drawing number. No scale, no date, no revision cloud, nothing. This happened three times with different shops over the past month. It matters because when I'm on site and need to check a revision, I have no clue which version I'm holding. How do you all handle this when you get drawings like that? Do you send them back or just add the info yourself?

Saw a post like @jordanc32's, blank title blocks are a real safety issue.

Blank title blocks are the reason my filing system is a total mess. @jordanc32 has the right idea with the blank check revenge. My own paperwork is a safety hazard.

I mean, maybe they're going for that minimalist look. Just send them a blank check back, see how they like it.
