Remember when Holmes Hardware on 118th had actual advice?

I stopped in there like 10 years ago with a busted miter saw and the old guy behind the counter walked me through fixing the whole thing for free. Last week I went back and it's all self-checkout and nobody knows how to sharpen a blade anymore. Anyone else miss when the hardware store guys actually knew their stuff?
