A foreman in Chicago said my door zone checks were too slow
He watched me for a full hour on a bank of four cars and said, 'You're verifying every single microswitch like it's a final. On a routine call, you need to trust your ears for the click and move.' I started focusing on the sound and feel of the latch roller hitting the cam, only doing a full meter check if something felt off. It cut my average door adjustment time from 45 minutes to under 20. Anyone else get pushed to work faster on basic service calls?

So you're telling me the foreman's advice actually worked? Look, sometimes the old school tricks are faster if you know what you're listening for, but I guess @thomas_palmer would rather stare at a meter all day.
