Watching a client's skin react to a new serum at the Denver convention made me ditch my whole 'one size fits all' approach.

Her face got red and blotchy within 10 minutes, and now I always do a full 24-hour patch test behind the ear, no matter how 'gentle' the product claims to be... anyone else have a protocol they swear by for sensitive types?

Yeah, that spot is way less sensitive than your face or neck.
