I finally stopped ignoring the feedback about my event check-in lines
Had an event at a venue in Austin last month where a guest told me our check-in process felt like waiting for a concert ticket. They said it made them feel unwanted before they even walked in. I switched to a pre-scan QR system with 3 dedicated lanes and my next event had zero complaints about wait time. Has anyone else had a guest's comment totally change their setup like that?

Tried that QR system myself last month and my scanner broke after 3 people lol.

@jessica_ross38 Next time download a free scanner app instead. Way more reliable.
