I see a lot of freelancers undercharging for rush fees. I started adding a flat $200 for any project with less than 48 hours notice, and it changed my whole week.

Yeah, that's the move. I bumped my same-day fee to $300 last year and it cut the last-minute panic in half. @kim693, you gotta try it.
