Saw a guy using a leaf blower to clean his garage in Toledo

He was just blasting sawdust and old bolts everywhere, and his neighbor's car got a free coating. What's the weirdest cleaning method you've seen someone try?

Oh man, that reminds me of a story I saw online. Some guy tried to pressure wash the inside of his living room carpet. Not the driveway, the actual carpet. They said it took weeks to dry and the whole place smelled like a swamp. Who even comes up with these ideas?

Okay but that pressure wash story is kinda genius if you do it right. My cousin did his basement carpet after a flood, used a shop vac right after to pull most of the water. Had fans going for two days and it was fine. Sometimes the crazy method is the only method that works.

Yikes, that swamp smell story is my nightmare. I once tried to dry out a soaked area rug on my balcony and it basically became a science project for mold. The line between genius and disaster is so thin with these home fixes. I guess you really have to commit to the fan part and not just call it a day after the water is gone. My ambition always outruns my follow-through.
