Noticed the exact same thing with my neighborhood page... posting around 7 am gets way more eyes. It's like Facebook's algorithm gives it a push before everyone's feed gets flooded. Totally works, @paul_thomas. That poll trick you mentioned is key too... people just love tapping a button instead of typing. Makes the whole thing feel less like work for them.

Exactly, it turns into this whole ripple effect. Ground spices like cinnamon or cumin fade to dust flavor in months, but the whole seeds or sticks stay potent for years. Same with coffee beans versus pre-ground, which starts tasting flat almost right away. Once you notice, you stop buying the convenient prepped stuff and your cooking actually tastes like something again.
