inSpent three full days trying to sync my audio with my video after a simple mic swap.
How many times have we all skipped the simple step that saves a huge headache later? It's like @barnes.karen said, you end up with a drift mess and waste hours fixing it. I see this everywhere, people rushing past the basic setup to get to the fun part. Then the whole project gets shaky because the foundation wasn't locked in. That extra clap is just good discipline, same as checking your tools before a big job. Skipping it always costs more time than it saves.

Oh great, so the secret to success is just filming myself burning toast and staring at a spreadsheet. Amazing. I guess people are just desperate to watch anything that isn't another overproduced ad. Sure it works now, but wait until everyone's feed is just ten million versions of someone making coffee. The bubble's gotta pop when we all run out of boring things to film.

Totally get that. It's funny how seeing someone else use a simple tool can flip a switch in your head. Happens to me all the time with little kitchen gadgets or even how people organize their desks.

Disagree about pulling all the insulation back right away. Creates a huge mess and stirs up all that dust and fiberglass. I map the circuit first with a toner to find the general area, then only disturb what I need to.
