inVent: My kitchen drawers were a total clutter nightmare
Read about a similar idea in a book on simple living. The author called it the 'forgetting box' method where you stash items away and see if you miss them. In my experience, I tried it with my tool drawer and found three identical screwdrivers. Hadn't touched two of them since I moved in, so they went to a friend. That month long test really speeds up the process, like with your garlic press. Makes you realize how much we hold onto for no good reason.

inWhy I turned off auto-play after missing key plot points
I used to watch recaps, but your auto-skip habit made me rethink that.

inAlways thought astrophotography needed pro kit, but a beach vacation changed that.
Have you seen what new phones can do in low light? I get your point, but phone cameras keep getting better. My buddy took a Milky Way photo with his phone, and it wasn't just a noisy mess. Sure, pro gear helps, but you don't always need it for detail. It's more about how you use the camera and edit the shot. I've looked close at phone pics and they can show a lot.

inVent: My hot take on 'Doggo' meme culture got me called a buzzkill
Honestly I just stopped clicking on stuff that used that talk, like @kim_smith24 said about recipe blogs. After a while my feeds just showed me less of it.

inMy one-week deadline made my digital art suffer
So you said it feels "rushed and misses the details." That's the worst. It makes me wonder, what are these shows really judging? If they give such short deadlines, are they actually grading you on polish and fine details, or just the big idea and composition? A detailed background layer or perfect skin texture takes HOURS. Is a rushed piece being held to the same standard as something an artist had months for? That seems unfair.
