Spent $60 on a 'local' salsa that was just from a national brand

Found it at a vendor's market on Central last weekend, and the label was super misleading. What's a real local brand you actually trust?

Man that sucks, I heard Desert Heat is the real deal from a friend who's picky about salsa.

Ever check the back label for the actual address? I learned that the hard way too.

Ugh that's the worst, sorry that happened. I got burned like that once with some "small batch" pickles that were just repackaged. For real local salsa, I always look for Desert Heat in the glass jars, they're actually made a few towns over.
