TIL pausing my biggest campaign for 48 hours fixed my targeting entirely
I was sitting in a Starbucks in Austin staring at a $600 charge that got zero conversions overnight. Turns out Facebook's algorithm was just chasing the same 50 wrong people over and over, so I killed it completely for two days and let the pixel reset. Has anyone else done the hard stop instead of just tweaking bids?

Funny how that works, because I've noticed the same pattern with my own brain when I'm stuck on a problem. Sometimes stepping away completely for a day or two is way more effective than trying to force a fix while still staring at the same bad data. It's like your system needs a full reboot, not just a tweak.

Man, I used to be all about grinding through problems until they cracked, but @kevin_harris78 is right - walking away for a day or two has saved me so many headaches now that I actually try it.

The whole "full reboot" thing is real. I started doing the same when I got stuck on a tricky renovation project and came back to see the answer in five minutes.
