Finally found the secret to crispy tofu without it sticking to the basket
I kept getting tofu stuck to the air fryer grate no matter how much oil I used, so last night I tried lining it with parchment paper with holes punched in it. The tofu came out golden and slid right off with zero cleanup. Has anyone else tried this or is there a better hack for sticky foods?

Yeah, the parchment paper trick is a lifesaver. I had the same sticking problem with my air fryer until I started using those perforated parchment sheets made for them. Works every time.

Totally, @grace_bailey. Those sheets are a game changer.

Hop on this real quick because I've tried that parchment paper thing too and it works great. But I gotta gently point out something with @jamesfox and @grace_bailey - those perforated sheets you buy are basically the same as punching holes in regular parchment yourself. I've done both and the homemade version saves you a few bucks. Just grab a hole puncher from a dollar store and go to town on a sheet of parchment. Works exactly the same for me with my frozen mozzarella sticks that used to glue themselves to the grate.
