Can we talk about the new wireless sensors from SecureTech?

I bought a case of 20 for a job in Phoenix, and half of them had pairing issues right out of the box. Wasted a whole afternoon troubleshooting and had to eat the $450 cost to swap them for a different brand. Anyone else run into this with their latest batch?

Oh man, tell me about it! I had the same exact problem with a smaller order for a duplex reno last month. Three out of eight sensors just refused to connect, no matter what I tried. I even called their support line and got walked through the reset process twice. Still dead. Ended up running to the supply house before they closed to grab something, anything else. So frustrating.

My buddy had a whole case do that, just sat there blinking red like they were mocking him.
