That time a fast food apology used the wrong photo and made me laugh
I saw this yesterday where a burger chain posted an apology for a mix-up on an order, but they used a stock photo of a completely different sandwich. It was from a place near Phoenix called Burger Barn, and they tried to fix it by saying 'oops wrong pic' instead of addressing the actual mistake. Has anyone else caught a brand doing something silly like that in their PR cleanup?

Didn't a airline once photoshop a sad customer over a happy one in their apology tweet? Real smooth move.

Photoshopping just shows they actually cared enough to try.

My buddy Dave once booked a flight with this airline and the armrest was literally falling off. When he tried to get a refund they sent him a photo of a guy smiling next to a broken seat. The original picture had a different dude who looked like he was about to cry. Someone caught it because the seat pattern didnt match the plane they flew that day. It was just so lazy and fake it made the whole thing worse. He still brings it up every time we see an airline ad.
