My cousin did something similar at a home and garden show in Tulsa. He spent nearly eight grand on a huge corner booth with a working waterfall. The problem was he sold handmade birdhouses. People loved the water feature, but he only sold three small items all weekend. He basically paid thousands per birdhouse.
