Vent: My payment processor just froze my account with $1,800 in it

It happened last Thursday right after a big client deposit hit. I got a generic email saying my account was under review for 'suspicious activity' with no other details. I've been calling their support line every day since, but I just get stuck on hold for over an hour before being disconnected. This is money I need to pay my rent next week. Has anyone else had a payment platform just lock everything up like this? How did you get it fixed?

Ugh, same here @calebhall, happened to my cousin last month and it took forever to fix.
