inShoutout to my cousin who got famous for a week after his cat knocked over his paint can on a live stream.
That "totally dumb" viral fame is the new normal, honestly.

inMy fabric swatch book from a trip to Tokyo three years ago just tried to eat my keys
Fusible interfacing is the actual worst. Had a whole roll unstick itself in my trunk once, fused to an old grocery receipt and some loose change. Couldn't peel the quarters off. My own chaos story involved a jar of glitter that never fully sealed. Found sparkles in my toolbox two years later.

inQuestion about those magnetic oil drain plugs
Found a weird, gritty paste on the plug from my old Tacoma after a long desert trip. It was mostly sand mixed with the usual metal dust, which was a real eye-opener. That stuff was getting past the air filter somehow. Convinced me they're not just for catching big chunks. Seeing that fine fuzz build up over time is the best early warning system you can get. Now I check that little magnet every single oil change.

inMy writing prompt totally backfired at a workshop last month
Mark's prompt was solid. The room just wasn't ready for it. Direct beats nice when the idea is good.

inMy brother said the PCT is overrated and I think he's right
Seriously? @kelly385, that sounds like a summer camp story. People drift apart after the trail ends. You share a tent for a few nights, swap some snacks, and call it a deep bond. It's just convenience. You're all going the same way at the same speed. Most of those "trail families" never talk again once they hit Canada.
