Caught a customer's cat peeing on my finished pantry doors

Onsite install in Des Moines, all the drawer boxes stacked in the garage. Cat sprayed the bottom two doors while I was fitting hinges. Had to sand, seal, and refinish in the driveway. Customer offered me $40, told her it'll be $150 next time. Anyone else deal with pets at installs?

That cat owes you a lifetime supply of tuna for that free refinishing job.

Lifetime supply of tuna" is the least that cat owes you, honestly. If that was my place, I'd be demanding the cat also chip in for new curtains after it probably clawed the old ones. Make sure you get the good stuff though, none of that cheap canned water, spring in for the solid white albacore.
