Been grinding way too fine for 3 months

Was at a shop in Portland last week and the barista watched me pour. He goes 'your bed looks like mud' and showed me how coarse I should actually go. My V60 went from 3 minute draws to 1:30 and it actually tastes like fruit now instead of bitterness. Anybody else have that moment where you realize you were just making it harder than it needed to be?

Exactly what happened to me with my Aeropress last year, total game changer.

Oh wait, I thought the Aeropress came out way earlier than last year though.
