Ditched my electric grinder for a hand crank, best decision I made this year
Honestly, I used to just hit the button on my blade grinder every morning and hope for the best. Then three weeks ago I pulled a shot that tasted like burnt rubber and that was it. Swapped to a $40 hand grinder from a shop in Portland and now my V60 actually tastes like berries instead of ash. Anyone else notice a huge difference when they stopped using a cheap electric grinder?

Yeah, because nothing says "great start to the day" like doing arm curls before you've even had a sip of coffee. I get it though, my cheap electric grinder was basically a spice blender in disguise. At least now I'm getting paid in flavor instead of just a workout.
