Checked out a big food festival in Austin last weekend and saw something wild

I was at the Austin Food and Wine Festival on Saturday and literally every third booth was pushing mushroom coffee or some CBD infused hot sauce. Half of them had huge lines, but I also saw a few vendors packing up early because nobody was biting. So is this health food trend gonna stick around for years or are we gonna laugh at mushroom lattes in 2026 like we do with kale chips now? Curious if anyone else has seen this pop up in their city or if it's just an Austin thing.

That third booth figure surprised me, did they charge the same as normal coffee booths?
