Back in 2022 I would cry over a cutting board every single evening because I refused to buy a food processor. My neighbor laughed at me and loaned me her old Cuisinart one day, and now I chop a whole bag of onions in 45 seconds flat. The question is will this whole pre-prepped veggie trend last or will people get lazy and go back to chopping fresh every time like I used to? Has anyone else switched to a gadget and never looked back, or do you think that's just a passing phase?
