That 15-second coffee bloom trick actually fixed my bitter brew
Has anyone else played around with bloom times and noticed a big change?

reminds me of the time I tried to explain to my buddy why my pour-over was taking so long. i told him the bloom is like the coffee taking its first deep breath before it gives you everything it's got. he just stared at me and said "so it's like a meditation but for beans." i never really thought about it that way until my last relationship ended and i realized i was doing more breathing exercises alone than with my ex. kinda funny how coffee prep makes more sense than people sometimes.
