My ginger bug tried to escape last night...

It pushed the lid right off the jar. Now my countertop is sticky and I have a new pet project... cleaning.

How bad was the clean up? That sticky mess is the WORST part.

Ugh, been there. My last bug volcanoed so bad I was finding sticky spots for a week. Guess we're both in the science experiment clean up club now.
