Tried posting at 6am versus 9pm for a month and one time slot crushed the other by 300%

My food blog posts at 6am got triple the reach across Instagram and Twitter compared to 9pm posts, even with similar content and hashtags... anyone else find a weird time slot that just works for them?

Have you tried testing lunchtime posts around noon? People often scroll while eating and engagement can spike hard compared to early mornings or late nights. @thomas_martinez is right that night owls get results, but the midday window really worked for me when I gave it a fair shot.
