Rant: Our Book Club Picked a 700 Page Novel and It Tanked Everything
Our group decided to tackle 'The Power Broker' last month because someone said it was 'essential reading' and we all nodded along. By week three, only 4 of us out of 12 had finished the first 200 pages, and the discussion turned into complaints about how dense it was.
