My brother insisted I track every single coffee purchase for a month, and seeing that $87 total is what finally got me to start using a French press at home.
Has anyone else had a small, specific piece of advice completely shift how you see a regular expense?

What small change made you rethink a bigger habit?

Was it just a small thing that got you started? I stopped buying coffee out one day and it made me look at all my other spending. That little break in the routine really opens your eyes.

That "little break in the routine opens your eyes" part really hit home for me. I tried cutting out just 10 minutes of social media before bed, and that small shift made me realize how much wasted time I had built into my whole evening. It convinced me to set stricter limits on screen time overall, which ended up helping me sleep better and get more done the next day.
