TIL I was paying $45 a month for a gym membership I never used for 8 months

I was going through my bank statements last night trying to figure out why my savings account wasn't growing. Then I saw that gym charge pop up every single month like clockwork. I mean, I signed up back in January with all these grand plans, but I've maybe gone 4 times since then. That's like $360 just flushed down the toilet for nothing. It really hit me when I realized I could have used that money to pay off my credit card faster. Has anyone else had a subscription they forgot about that was quietly eating their budget?

Lose those $45 in like two SECONDS if you accidentally buy the wrong type of token or the gas fees spike, @felixlee. I've seen people drop that much and end up with nothing but a worthless screenshot. It's not just pocket change to everyone, you know? That's a week of groceries for some folks, or a tank of gas.
