I finally caved and bought a 'vibe shift' course for $120 after seeing it everywhere.

It was basically a PDF telling me to wear baggy pants and listen to different music. Has anyone else felt burned by a trendy term that turned out to be nothing new?

My friend paid for a similar course last year and it actually helped her rethink her whole closet. Sometimes the packaging is silly but the core idea can stick.

Yeah, that packaging can be silly but like the_robin said, the right structure makes all the difference.

Totally agree! The goofy marketing can hide some solid advice. My sister did one that seemed all fluff but actually taught her how to build outfits from basics. Sometimes you just need that structure to make things click.
