Hand cut dovetails vs router jig - tried both on the same drawer job
Spent a Saturday in my shop in Denver switching between hand cut dovetails and a Leigh jig for a six drawer dresser, and honestly the hand cut ones fit tighter with less fuzz even though they took twice as long. Anyone else find the router jig leaves too much play no matter how careful you set it up?

Nah man, you just gotta dial in the jig better. Practice makes perfect.

Right there with you man, sometimes it just takes messing with it a bunch before it clicks.

Three hours straight last week and I still couldn't get mine to stop snagging. @adam_adams i bet your jig setup is like a magic trick, mine just feels like a sad magic show.
