Showerthought: Doing a quick video check before I leave the shop saves so much hassle

I started asking clients to hop on a short video call before I pack up my tools for a house call. We can usually figure out if it's a simple fix or if I really need to be there in person. Just yesterday, I talked someone through re-seating a RAM stick over the camera and saved a trip across town! It cuts down on wasted time and lets me plan my day better. I'm thinking about making this a standard part of my service menu. It's a small change, but it really helps with managing my schedule and stress levels.

Video calls can't replace hands-on diagnostics, though.
